10 Days of Giving

Give Something That Means Something

The holiday season is upon us, and this year the American Red Cross is asking folks to Give Something That Means Something this season.
As volunteers, you are giving something that means something all year long. You give help. You give hope. You give hugs. You bring light to disaster victims in their darkest hour. This holiday season, we thank you for bringing hope. Please check out this video to see how volunteers like you are changing lives

Engage with us on Social Media!

Non-profits across the country use Giving Tuesday (‪#‎GivingTuesday‬) as a chance to share their story and ask for support. This year, National Headquarters will launch a special social media campaign leading up to Giving Tuesday on Dec. 1, highlighting our favorite stories from the past year.
Starting Saturday, November 21, the national Twitter and Facebook accounts for the Red Cross will kick off ten days of stories from across the organization that have inspired us, humbled us and made us proud to be Red Crossers. Our local social media channels will share these stories.
We encourage you to follow our local Facebook and Twitter channels and share, like, or comment on these stories. Follow us and use ‪#‎GiveWithMeaning‬ on social channels during this campaign and throughout holiday season to share our holiday message far and wide!
